Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings and hygiene considerations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Headwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Equipment (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products without original tags or packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Items: Securely package the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our returns center at the address provided in your return authorization email

Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund according to the following timeline:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Appearance on Your Account: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item to your location.
International Returns
As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia), international returns follow the same process outlined above. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees associated with international returns.
